General Terms and Conditions

Please note the following terms and conditions, which apply to all bookings:

1. Cancellation Policy

Unless we have communicated different cancellation conditions, bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days before arrival.

For bookings with arrival dates between 22 December and 9 January (inclusive) each year, free cancellation is possible up to 90 days before arrival.

In the event of a later cancellation or failure to arrive (no-show), 100% of the total booking price must be paid.

2. Deposit and Payment

For bookings confirmed at least three weeks before the scheduled arrival date, we reserve the right to request a deposit of 30% of the total booking price.

The remaining balance must be paid before the start of your stay and prior to arrival.

3. Last-Minute Bookings

For bookings made 1–7 days before the arrival date, the full booking amount must be transferred by bank transfer before arrival, and proof of payment must be provided.

4. Accommodation Agreement

The accommodation agreement is concluded between the guest and the accommodation provider.

The accommodation provider is obliged to make the booked accommodation available.

The guest is obliged to pay the agreed price for the services booked.

5. Arrival and Reservation Guarantee

All reservations are guaranteed until 8:00 PM (20:00) unless you have informed us of a later arrival time.

If no notification of a later arrival has been received, we reserve the right to offer the accommodation to another guest.

6. Prices and VAT

All prices include the applicable statutory Value Added Tax (VAT).

In the event of an increase in the statutory VAT rate, prices will be adjusted accordingly.

7. Booking Confirmation

Additional conditions for holiday apartments and private accommodation:

A booking becomes final and binding only after it has been confirmed by the accommodation provider.

Confirmation is generally sent by email.

8. Minimum Stay During Christmas and New Year

For bookings during the Christmas and New Year period, from 22 December to 9 January, a minimum stay of 7 nights applies.

9. Non-Smoking Accommodation

All accommodation is strictly non-smoking.

Smoking is permitted only outside the apartment and the building.

10. Pets

Pets are not allowed.
